Madison
Medicare producer, now building a full-service life and health agency
She came to us selling Medicare. She is building an agency now.
Madison found us online, looked at what we had built, and asked for an interview. That is not how most of these conversations start, and it told us something about her before we ever spoke.
She contracted, and within a week she had written her first case. Not a lead we handed her. A client she already had, who needed something she had never been able to offer.
What she said about the training was that it got her moving fast, which is the only thing training is actually for. Her early production earned her a seat on the enrollment team for a large group case in June, and she held her own on it.
Then she did the thing we love to see. She looked at her own book, decided there were two more carriers she wanted access to, and immediately found business with both. The clearest example was the one nobody plans for: newly enrolled Medicare clients whose spouses were still under 65 and had no good coverage options. She had been walking past that for years because she had nothing to offer.
Madison went from primarily selling Medicare to running a full-service life and health practice, writing Medicare and under-65 clients, and she is moving into worksite now through relationships she already had. Her agency, her brand, her downline when she is ready. We are just the support behind it.
The relationships were already there. She just finally had something to bring them.
